Lezzoo
Description: Delivery and collection services for food, groceries, medications, and cosmetics, as well as taxi services. The system includes an admin panel for service providers, a customer application, and a courier application (notably, we introduced an approximate delivery time feature months ahead of Glovo). The system provides the following capabilities: 1. A dashboard for managing shifts, fleets, and order timing. 2. Courier management tools. 3. Invoicing functionalities. 4. Customer management features. 5. Role-based access control. 6. Real-time statistics. 7. A rating system. 8. Estimated delivery times. Tech stack includes: • Node.js • Nest.js • TypeScript • MongoDB • Redis • Docker • NATS • Socket.IO • Bull • AWS • React.js • Next.js • redux-saga • CI/CD. Scope of work: 1. We developed a microservices architecture using NATS and bull-queue to enhance deployment speed and application stability, ensuring scalability, third-party service integration, reusability, and efficiency. 2. Microservices provide fault isolation, facilitating a continuous and uninterrupted application workflow. 3. CI/CD is set up for both the front end and back end so that clients can quickly view results; all updates are deployed to AWS. 4. Additionally, we implemented CQRS to optimize the application's performance, scalability, and security. For the complete case study, visit https://opengeekslab.com/projects/lezzoo/.
