The Apple TV app operates smoothly and closely resembles the mockup provided by the Creativebug team. Additionally, oos is consistently working on minor enhancements for Creativebug’s mobile app. Being involved in sharing creativity and inspiration with people around the world has been immensely gratifying! 💫 **Key Accomplishments:** Became one of the first developers to create a tvOS app utilizing React Native and responded swiftly to the surge in new users at Creativebug due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Field Service Web App

Boiler Specialists

Oos designed, developed, and continuously enhances an application for Boiler Specialists to manage their primary operation—the field service program. The Issue BSI’s field service process previously depended on pen-and-paper methods. Back-office personnel had to wait for a physical service report to evaluate it and initiate the invoicing process. Problems with readability and incorrect part numbers often delayed invoice issuance for a month or more after the service call. The Solution After exploring various off-the-shelf software options that didn't align with their workflow, BSI opted for oos to create a tailored field service app for their technicians to use on mobile devices, as well as for back-office staff to review, manage, and approve via their web browsers. Additionally, oos was tasked with developing backend processes that would automatically integrate BSI’s existing business management system with the field service app. Establishing this integration proved to be less disruptive than transitioning to a completely new system.
