Digital transformation with Microsoft Cloud

robota.ua

robota.ua has migrated to the Cloud by adopting Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Online as part of its ongoing digital transformation. To enhance its reporting analysis, the company started utilizing additional tools like Power BI. In its quest for standardization, robota.ua selected Microsoft as its primary platform, resulting in a unified system for data storage and exchange utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. This allows employees to access work documents and emails from any location and device. With the integration of Microsoft Teams, all company communications and information sharing now occur in one centralized space, ensuring secure data storage and enabling video and audio conferencing. The shift to Microsoft's cloud services has also led to a decrease in expenses related to purchasing, maintaining, and managing server infrastructure. To maximize the use of these tools, the company conducted several training sessions for end users on effectively leveraging Microsoft Teams alongside other Office 365 applications. Hyundai implemented centralized Dynamics 365 CRM

Hyundai Motor

Hyundai Motor Ukraine has a network of 35 dealerships, comprising over 150 users, who utilize a system powered by Dynamics 365 for Sales to manage their sales processes. They selected OntargIT as a partner to assist in launching this system for commercial use. The primary objective was to aid Hyundai Motor Ukraine's internal implementation team in preparing for the go-live phase while simultaneously onboarding all dealerships into the system. It was essential to establish a unified environment that would enable the distributor (importer) to oversee and support the dealerships in selling cars—managing leads, potential deals, car order forms, and more—through their dealership network. The outcomes of this initiative included: - A centralized CRM system and database accessible to all users involved in the sales process overseen by the distributor (importer). - Integration with 1C to facilitate car reservation functionalities for dealership orders from the Hyundai Motor Ukraine warehouse. - A robust data security framework that ensures each user has access solely to the information necessary for their role in the sales process. - A coherent interface for all users within the network. - Real-time operational analytics for the dealer network's top management, enabled by Power BI, to support analysis and decision-making. - Streamlining and automation of the sales process stages. - Expanded capabilities for advanced automation of new business processes using a “low-code/no-code” technology approach.

Toyota enhances collaboration with dealerships

Toyota Ukraine

Connected partners lead to more satisfied customers. To enhance efficiency, Toyota Ukraine opted to shift its supply chain management to the cloud. With assistance from OntargIT, they implemented Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 Sales, and Dynamics 365 Marketing. “We moved away from email for information sharing and created a SharePoint Online portal where all information is stored and accessible to all dealers,” states Georgiy Asadchy, Chief General Manager of Finance and Administration at Toyota Ukraine. “Leveraging cloud technology enables us to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain, enhancing dealer capabilities to improve customer service and satisfaction.” To boost collaboration between the headquarters and dealerships, Toyota Ukraine also adopted Microsoft Teams for direct communication. Asadchy notes, “This connected experience accelerates collaboration and data-driven decisions. For instance, we have a connected service that gathers data on vehicle damage. Previously, we relied on paper documentation that needed to be entered into the system manually. Now, the team observing the damage can input the data online directly, saving time, reducing manual entry mistakes, and enabling our dealerships to conduct repairs and assist customers more quickly.” Enhancing operations through automation, Toyota Ukraine sought to streamline internal processes regarding dealership requests to the head office. “We used to dedicate more time to generating reports than to analyzing the data they contained. Now, with Microsoft Power BI dashboards and automated workflows via Power Apps and Power Automate, reports that once required two or three days to prepare and send are now just a click away. This allows our team to focus on data analysis instead,” explains Gontar.
