AR/VR Mobile App for a Global Grill Brand

Grill Equipment

How we assisted a premium outdoor cooking brand in enhancing customer engagement and boosting sales through immersive Augmented Reality. About the Client: A prominent international producer of luxury grills featuring an extensive product lineup. They sought a contemporary, interactive solution that would enable potential buyers to visualize how various grill models would look in their own outdoor spaces, all through their smartphones. Business Challenge: Static images were no longer sufficient. Customers needed to grasp the actual size of the grills, see how they fit within their outdoor environments, and compare different models without having to visit a showroom. The client tasked us with developing an AR application that lets users place realistic 3D grill representations in real-world settings using their phones. As our team began the project, we encountered a significant hurdle. The client supplied intricate 3D CAD models directly from production, which were visually impressive but excessively large, with each file exceeding 1 GB—far too much for any mobile AR application to handle. To reconcile the high engineering quality with mobile compatibility, we enlisted a dedicated 3D artist. Over the following weeks, each grill model was meticulously reconstructed and optimized, ensuring visual integrity while significantly reducing file sizes. The outcome was a set of visually stunning, lightweight AR-ready 3D assets that load instantly on any device. Within just 1.5 months and for a fixed project price, our team delivered a seamless, immersive AR app that enables users to: ✓ Choose any grill model ✓ Position it in their backyard, terrace, or balcony ✓ Rotate, scale, and examine details ✓ Compare multiple models ✓ Easily switch languages Ultimately, the client received a tailored, high-performance AR mobile application with scalable architecture, poised to evolve along with the client’s product range and incorporate multilingual support, making the app accessible to diverse markets.

Self-checkout Mobile Solution Scan&Go

Scan&Go

**Challenge & Objective** Our client sought an alternative solution to traditional checkout processes, particularly during peak hours when long lines led to increased complaints and negatively impacted customer experience. Additionally, they aimed to leverage this solution as a channel for personalized sales offers and recommendations. **Solution** One Logic Soft created a minimum viable product (MVP) for a self-service checkout solution that speeds up in-store purchases by incorporating QR code scanning features. This user-friendly Android app enables customers to quickly and securely add products to their digital shopping cart. After scanning a specific barcode, customers can make payments on the spot. The app is highly scalable and suitable for franchises, with easy customization for different countries or regions. It also acts as an extra marketing platform, delivering personalized recommendations and discounts based on shopping habits. **Business Benefits** Customers can shop independently without needing assistance from a terminal or cashier. Retailers can expedite checkout processes, reducing wait times and lines. This solution can lower customer attrition rates and decrease the number of abandoned carts. It also brings down the costs associated with installing and maintaining expensive self-service machines. The user experience is transformed into a contactless, seamless, and optimized journey. Additionally, loyalty programs and tailored recommendations enhance customer engagement. The app’s adaptability allows for functionality expansion based on the retailer’s requirements.

iPractice portal for patients and doctors

iPractice

iPractice is a privately-owned mental health service provider in the U.S. that enhances accessibility to psychological support through secure digital solutions. Our client was in need of a comprehensive web solution that integrated the functionalities of an Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) and a Patient Management System (PMS) tailored for private practice physicians. It also sought telemedicine and online appointment booking services for patients seeking psychological assistance. The goal was to develop a flexible and scalable platform capable of accommodating multiple users and private clinics, streamlining appointment and task management, delivering timely notifications, and ensuring an exceptional user experience. Private practitioners should be able to access patient profiles, medical histories, and generate all relevant records online using pre-filled forms, while also facilitating communication between patients and doctors. To address these needs, our team created My Virtual Therapy, a robust web service compliant with HIPAA, designed to work on any device and featuring a customized user interface and functionality for diverse uses. For Patients: Through an easy-to-navigate web interface, patients can: - Choose their preferred appointment time by selecting a doctor with the right experience and highest ratings. - Access flexible pricing options including initial evaluations, 45 or 60-minute sessions, and clinical supervision. - Pay for their sessions with a co-payment or through insurance coverage. - Provide feedback regarding their therapy experiences and satisfaction levels. - Manage important documents like treatment plans, prescriptions, and insurance contracts with ease. - Send and receive documents in convenient formats (e.g., PDF). If you would like to know more about the solutions we provided for doctors, please contact us.
