To assist managers in organizing and documenting one-on-one meetings and tracking objectives. We also wanted to use templates for consistency and thoroughness in feedback discussions, as well as to provide a tool for improved communication and tracking commitments following our conversations. **SOLUTION** How did you discover OMIQ? Through a referral. Why did you choose OMIQ over other options? Their proximity to my location, good value for the cost, and a recommendation to me. How many OMIQ team members worked on this project? They created a web application using the low-code Bubble platform, featuring seamless sign-up via Google Workspace, customizable surveys, and a feedback mechanism for employees to document their responses. The platform also offers a live dashboard for leaders to oversee feedback sessions and a system to control access to various app sections. Moreover, OMIQ handled the app's design and user interface. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** What measurable results emerged from the project that indicate progress or success? We received regular updates from their team, noted visible advancements on a testing server, and experienced prompt responses to change requests. Describe their project management.
