OH Design Lab, led by Oliver Hidalgo, AIA, is a principal-directed architecture firm based in Lexington, Kentucky, specializing in custom homes, renovations, and building enhancements. Oliver, a Chilean-American architect licensed in Kentucky and Florida with a Master of Architecture from the University of Kentucky, brings experience from diverse projects including residential, commercial, adaptive reuse, and select institutional and public works. The practice prioritizes thoughtful design, technical clarity, and open communication, emphasizing early planning and coordinated construction documentation for smooth project delivery. By limiting project commissions, OH Design Lab fosters close collaboration among clients, consultants, and builders, focusing each design on the unique conditions, constraints, and opportunities present at every site to deliver tailored architectural solutions.
