We are a very small company and plan to remain that way. We don't want to have hundreds of clients; instead, we choose clients that align with our goals and mission. Our ideal client is a small business owner who values relationships and sees us as a partner. We seek to collaborate with someone who desires more than just SEO services, but who also wants to develop a meaningful relationship with those handling their business. Our company thrives on strong relationships. We are not interested in expanding Offset Digital to serve hundreds of clients. When I started this company last year, I reflected on all the clients we turned away at my previous job simply because they couldn't afford the firm's minimum rates. I disliked that small business owners require support that fits their budget, provides quality work, is transparent, and is by their side as they grow. I'm not focused on becoming a millionaire; my satisfaction comes from supporting my family and watching my clients thrive. I want to stay small, maintain strong relationships with my clients, and grow my business by demonstrating the advantages of SEO. Once clients witness the increase in their business from my services, they are inclined to invest more, because our relationship is built on trust and transparency.
