Marmormolen
We are thrilled to announce ODDIN's newest project: the structural design and workshop documentation for the Marmormolen project, an innovative landmark transforming Nordhavn's architectural scene.
Project Highlights: Marmormolen is more than just an office building; it epitomizes sustainability and progress. Developed by a robust team from LM Byg A/S, Pihlkonsortiet, Pihl & Søn A/S, and M.J. Eriksson A/S, this architectural wonder stands 36 meters tall, spanning 28,000m² over eight stories.
Creating a Sustainable Legacy: What distinguishes Marmormolen is its commitment to sustainability, featuring CLT wood in its load-bearing elements and establishing new standards for large-scale wooden construction. The project prioritizes eco-friendliness by utilizing FUTURECEM™, a type of low-carbon cement. This initiative showcases ODDIN’s commitment to innovative engineering while offering essential insights for future sustainable building endeavors.
In collaboration with LM Byg A/S, we've formed a dedicated team of skilled engineers to produce the structural designs and workshop documentation necessary for bringing this vision to fruition.
Special Thanks: We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Maraz Khaled Mourad for his outstanding project management, which has been crucial to our success, as well as for sharing these wonderful photos. We also thank LM Byg A/S for trusting us with such an important project. Of course, a big shoutout to our team at ODDIN, the driving forces behind our work: Alex Lozovoy, Олексій Бензель, and Olexandr Yurhelia.
Stay tuned for more updates and sneak peeks at this architectural masterpiece that is changing the skyline and redefining sustainable construction.
