OCTA

**BACKGROUND** Please provide a description of your company and your role within it. I am a co-founder of Prezzta, a fintech firm dedicated to the credit sector. We have developed a platform for the onboarding and management of loans and credit cards, allowing customers to oversee all their loan applications and approved products through a centralized system that tracks their entire life cycle. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What projects or services did your company engage OCTA.dev for, and what goals did you aim to achieve? We brought in the Octa.dev team to enhance our platform by adding new features and resolving existing bugs. **SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor, and what were the key factors in your decision? We had previously collaborated with their partners and were already familiar with their strengths. Please outline the project's scope in detail, including steps, key deliverables, and technologies employed. This is an ongoing project with a scope that is defined on a weekly basis. Each week, we assess priorities to address them promptly, relying on both our team and Octa.dev. How many individuals from the vendor's team collaborated with you, and what were their roles? Two: a Platform Architect and a Developer. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you provide any measurable results from the project or overall feedback regarding the deliverables? We have a very positive view of the team that has helped us in our continuous improvement efforts. Please describe their project management approach, including communication methods and adherence to timelines. They have assisted in establishing the workflow, making them integral to both the successes and challenges we face. They play an active role in our project management approach. What impressed you the most about this company? Their involvement across all aspects of our platform has fostered a strong trust in their team. Are there areas where they could improve or approaches they could have taken differently? There are always differing opinions on the best ways to proceed. We believe that everyone should learn from experience, address the mistakes we all encounter, and strive to enhance our processes for similar situations in the future.
