Our client envisioned creating a platform aimed at fostering a company culture by connecting teams, whether they are in the same office or spread across different countries, to enhance communication and engagement. They sought our expertise to develop an application that would function on both mobile and web. o2h technology assigned top architects and engineers to help the client create a solution that includes features such as surveys, chat, and feeds. This application is designed to assist teams in launching, measuring, and optimizing engagement strategies in real time, allowing them to utilize the results for brand promotion and tangible business growth. The solution focuses on continuous cultural transformation and promotes agile people programs that engage and empower everyone in the organization, enabling better adaptation to cultural and strategic shifts as well as improved business performance. The tools and technologies utilized include React JS, PHP with the Laravel framework, Jenkins, AWS services, Docker, HTML, and SCSS. There are also third-party integrations with SSO, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Workable, Logic Melon, Google Drive, Google Maps, Stripe, and Chargebee. Additional tools like Postman, JIRA, GitHub, and AI/ML Python libraries, along with Selenium and JMeter, were employed in the process.

Zephx is a financial technology solution specifically created to offer modular and scalable investment support for investment funds. It comprises two main elements: a user-friendly dashboard for investors, where they can sign up to invest in a fund, track their investment's performance, and receive updates and reports; and a robust backend that allows fund managers to efficiently approve and onboard new investors, oversee investor relations, manage funds, and handle portfolio companies. Zephx is available as a web application and also has mobile apps for iOS and Android. The complete development process, including planning, design, construction, testing, and launch, was overseen by o2h Tools and Techniques, utilizing AWS for server hosting, NestJS for backend development, MySQL for the database, and React JS for the frontend.
