MyID

MyID provides critical medical information during emergencies through secure online profiles linked to wearable devices. We collaborated with MyID to upgrade their existing, underperforming system into a dependable, scalable global platform. When we came on board, MyID operated an application that faced performance issues and had limited scalability. The rate of development was insufficient to meet product demands, which jeopardized user trust in this essential tool. Our objective was to take over and stabilize the codebase instead of building a new one from the ground up. We assessed and enhanced the Ruby on Rails backend for better speed and redesigned the mobile applications using React Native for cross-platform efficiency. Key technical improvements included: Our collaboration resulted in a quicker, more reliable platform. Mobile users experienced a more seamless interface with reliable QR code scanning, while the upgraded security features reinstated user trust. Propmap.io Platform Development

The founders of Propmap.io, who have backgrounds in design, architecture, and construction, recognized a significant gap in the market for a cohesive field service platform to address the fragmented and inefficient workflows present in the industry. They aimed to build a multi-tenant SaaS solution that would serve as a "single source of truth" to improve communication, ensure data consistency, and reduce paperwork by introducing dynamic work orders and real-time tracking. They collaborated with NUS Technology, which employed an Agile methodology to develop the platform using a modern technology stack that includes Ruby on Rails for the backend, React for the web application, Flutter for the mobile app, and AWS for the infrastructure. The system was designed as a genuine multi-tenant SaaS with an adaptable workflow engine. Pursuit Lab sought to transform the health and fitness sector with the development of PhysThrive, an integrated ecosystem that connects program design, progress tracking, and payment management. NUS Technology collaborated as the strategic partner to create this all-encompassing digital health platform. The client recognized a significant inefficiency in the industry, as clinics and coaches were relying on disconnected tools such as spreadsheets, emails, and text messages to manage their operations. This fragmented method was time-consuming, prone to mistakes, and limited scalability, making it nearly impossible to provide consistent personalized experiences or efficiently handle billing and subscriptions in one location. We designed a two-part solution: a robust management web application for clinics (built with Ruby on Rails and VueJS) and an easy-to-use mobile app for clients (developed using React Native).
