Campstar is a global platform for booking campervans and campgrounds, operating in over 20 countries. We became involved during the minimum viable product (MVP) phase, at a time when the startup needed assistance in stabilizing its product, enhancing performance, and preparing for expansion. Over time, our partnership has transformed into a model where we serve as Campstar’s complete technical team, handling development, maintenance, and implementing features that enhance conversion and platform visibility. **SERP Optimization (Large-Scale SEO)**: We developed and launched thousands of localized landing pages for camper rentals worldwide. Each page is designed to generate area-specific search results and SEO-friendly content, which has greatly improved organic traffic and brand visibility. **New Payment Module**: We created a payment module that accommodates various methods needed by partners in over 20 countries. We also added a split payment option (partial payment upfront, with the remainder due later), which lowered the financial barriers for users and led to an increase in completed bookings. **Homepage Redesign**: We restructured key components of the homepage, enhancing search functionality and content arrangement. The new design streamlines the process to find relevant results, making it easier to compare offers and ultimately creating a more intuitive and conversion-optimized user journey. Due to our long-term collaboration, Campstar now considers us as their in-house technical team. We continue to evolve the platform together, and our partnership remains robust.

Mesalvo - Ataxe Web e-health services integration

We were brought on board to assist in migrating the solution to a cloud-based environment and to ensure it could connect to the German Telematics Infrastructure (TI) while adhering to stringent KBV guidelines. **The Challenge** Following the introduction of e-prescriptions in Germany, many vendors were required to rapidly upgrade their systems. For Mesalvo, the challenge was evident: the existing Ataxe Web module utilized outdated architecture and needed a complete transition to a web-based, TI-compatible model. It was essential for the system to remain fast, secure, compliant, and easy to maintain within hospital settings. **What We Delivered** Working in collaboration with the Mesalvo team, we restructured and migrated the module to a contemporary web application. The new Ataxe Web facilitates the entire e-prescription process, integrates with TI services, and ensures the secure management of sensitive medical information. Key components of our work included: **Outcome** The outcome is a robust, secure, and scalable application utilized by hospital pharmacies across Germany. The revamped Ataxe Web can be updated more swiftly, integrates securely with national systems, and fulfills all required certification standards. **Overview** In 2020, Docplanner approached us with a minor request: to assist in integrating their platform with Poland's insurance verification service. However, during the initial workshops, it became evident that they were seeking a long-term partner with expertise in national e-health systems rather than just a contractor. This initial collaboration has since transformed into an ongoing partnership. **About the Client** Docplanner is the largest healthcare booking platform globally, catering to over 100 million users and hundreds of thousands of healthcare professionals across 13 countries. Given the scale of operations, every e-health feature must be compliant, efficient, and robust. **The Challenge** Polish law mandates that physicians issue electronic prescriptions, referrals, and sick leave notes, as well as report all medical events to the national P1 platform. Docplanner required these services to be fully integrated into its Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring consistency with its user experience and the ability to manage high traffic without disruptions. **What We Delivered** We developed a comprehensive suite of national e-health services within Docplanner’s EHR platform, which included: - e-referrals - e-prescriptions - e-sick leave management - insurance verification (NFZ / e-WUŚ) - medical event reporting to the P1 national platform Each module was designed with regulatory compliance, performance benchmarks, and existing product workflows in mind. **Cooperation Model** While Docplanner provided strategic product leadership, our team was responsible for analysis, solution design, and comprehensive delivery. Ongoing communication enabled us to adapt to changes in regulations, modify priorities, and broaden the project scope into new markets. **Outcome** Currently, five essential Polish e-health services developed by our team are operational and serve thousands of daily users.
