This was the primary insight behind the Virtual Showroom project. If a customer wants to purchase a Subaru but lives in a city without a showroom, they may find it challenging to visit one. People often need to rearrange their schedules and family commitments to visit a Subaru showroom in another city. To address this issue, we developed a Virtual Showroom that operates online 24/7 with no operating costs. They can explore the showroom, enter the models they are interested in, and view the interiors of the vehicles from a 360-degree perspective.
