A web-based platform designed for conducting surveys and analyzing survey data operates through a central application featuring a user-friendly interface. This application presents a questionnaire for users to complete. After submitting their responses, users receive an automated email with a PDF report that analyzes their answers and provides tailored feedback, including both graphical and written insights. All data is securely stored under the users' accounts within the software ecosystem and anonymized in the database for research purposes. In cases where users do not create an account, only anonymized data is retained. Users have the option to establish an account and return to the app over time, with any new information resulting in updated feedback reports. Identification is managed through a unique identifier, although users can participate in surveys without having an account. Data collected from these surveys is hosted on a GDPR-compliant server for use by the research team. Furthermore, the app enables users to share their experiences on social media. The data gathered is visualized in the Data Monitor, part of the Knowledge Platform, which allows users to select specific questions and visualize results through an interactive map and aggregated figures. The monitor offers an intuitive interface for easy data visualization.
