About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in August 2004 in Widnes by Dean Ross and Brian Cosgrove, NP Projects Ltd began delivering IT solutions to small and medium businesses across northwest UK. By June 2009, the company earned Microsoft partner status, and today manages over 1,000 Microsoft 365 accounts supported by three certified engineers. In 2010, NP relocated to Halton House to accommodate growth, and in 2017 partnered with 3CX, becoming a 3CX Advanced Certified Silver Partner to meet rising VOIP demands. In 2019, co-founder Brian retired, leaving Dean as sole director and CEO. Most recently, in April 2026, NP launched its NP Secure product, enhancing Microsoft 365 tenant compliance using the Inforcer platform. NP prides itself on delivering straightforward onboarding and responsive customer support.
