As a member-owned institution, it places its customers' interests first, offering a diverse array of banking products and services customized to their specific demands. **The Challenge** In response to the changing expectations of its members, Bank First partnered with NOW Digital to revamp the customer experience. During our ongoing collaboration with Bank First and efforts for continuous enhancement, we discovered that, despite its solid reputation and commitment to service, the existing website posed challenges. Although it was functional, the reliance on a traditional monolithic architecture hindered flexibility, scalability, and the efficient delivery of dynamic content. **The Solution** Our in-depth understanding of member needs and market trends informed the redesign of the website, ensuring it would not only meet but surpass customer expectations. The overhaul of Bank First's website employed a headless architecture, allowing for greater flexibility and more efficient content utilization across key digital channels while keeping a consistent customer experience. Yarra City Council, established in 1994, is one of the newest councils in Melbourne, encompassing some of the city's oldest neighborhoods and over 230 hectares of green space. NOW Digital was assigned to execute a comprehensive multi-site redevelopment using Sitecore XP, hosted on Microsoft Azure. A primary objective was to refresh the site's design while ensuring complex integrations were user-friendly and seamless. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget through an Agile delivery methodology.
