Homeless-less Management Information System
A Non-profit Organization in NM
Noventum is enhancing a management information system aimed at addressing homelessness. A nonprofit organization in New Mexico contacted us to express their desire for improved data management efficiency. After evaluating their current system, Noventum concluded that visualizing the database would be a beneficial way to enhance the information system. Additionally, we are working to ensure accessibility from any device, which will help save both time and human resources.
Latest updates from February 2021: Having progressed to phase 4 of development, our programmers are incorporating new entities and fields, as well as additional features. One significant update is the introduction of Google Oauth2 login, which will enhance functionality and improve the user experience.
As of April 2021: Noventum is refining the user interface and reviewing the codebase for improvements. We are also deploying new features for the homeless-less management system.
Updates from June 2021: The Noventum team continues to roll out new functionalities for the homeless-less management system, while implementing file management through AWS S3, an online solution for file and image storage.
Updates from November 2021: We have developed a password reset mechanism, enabling the application to send password reset emails via Amazon's Simple Email Sending (SES) service. This service operates in a sandbox environment, allowing only designated domains to receive emails. We are currently utilizing the free tier, which permits the sending of 62,000 emails each month, providing ample capacity for password resets!
