Norvik began in a familiar way — with two brothers from Medellín who shared a passion for creating functional software that truly supports the businesses using it. We are Andrés and Juan Vélez. Growing up, we witnessed local entrepreneurs facing challenges not due to lack of ambition, but because the tools available to them were inadequate. This left a lasting impression on us. Rather than developing generic software, we assembled a team that prioritizes thinking like founders before considering engineering. Currently, we collaborate with companies throughout Latin America, the US, and Spain — and we continue to personally respond to messages, participate in calls, and worry about your product as if it were our own.
