North Coast Code

At North Coast Code, we understand that effective communication is essential to avoid costly setbacks and create superior software. Engaging a development team can often feel risky—with budget overruns, missed deadlines, and unclear progress—but we offer a transparent, results-driven partnership. Founded by Mihkel Stint and Jürgen Ukkivi, who bring over a decade of combined expertise in enterprise systems, compliance technology, and custom platforms, we prioritize clear dialogue and building solutions that truly work. Mihkel guides product strategy and design with a focus on aligning technology with business goals, while Jürgen leads engineering with precision, delivering scalable and efficient systems. Together, they have established a studio known for agile development, timely launches, and creating software that users appreciate.
