Portfolio

Design and Development of Web Application

ImpactAim

The design and development of the Workspace Collaboration Tool and the Impact Management and Measurement Framework for ImpactAim Venture Accelerator has been completed. This platform acts as a hub for startups, mentors, experts, and the ImpactAim management team. It enables users to manage profiles, organize workshops, meetings, and events. Additionally, it features tutorials that serve as step-by-step guides for utilizing the tool. A measurement tool is incorporated, which evaluates startups using a scoring system based on a series of questions. The platform also provides analytics based on registered users and their activities. The project commenced with the creation of technical documentation, with the client presenting the initial business concept. Our primary task was to transform that concept into a comprehensive project plan. Development, staging, and production environments were set up in AWS utilizing the latest technologies. The Agile methodology, specifically Scrum, was used throughout the development process. Collaborative efforts with the client led to the implementation of the following actions.

VALONDO Custom WordPress E-commerce Shop

VALONDO

This is an online shopping platform where customers can discover and purchase professional abrasives and tool accessories. Built using Shopware e-commerce solutions, valondo.de allows users to explore the product range at any time, place orders with ease, and receive home delivery promptly. The focus is on providing top-notch quality and service for customer satisfaction. The project involved developing a new design for both the product listing page and the individual product page. A key challenge was achieving operational excellence for the website and enhancing user experience. Our team implemented effective product filtering options, making it easier for customers to navigate. As a result, shoppers can find what they’re looking for quickly, saving time and boosting satisfaction while browsing products and filtering by category. Additionally, we improved the payment process for fast transactions. The incorporation of customer ratings has led to an increase in sales, as buyers can leave reviews that enhance trust and drive more purchases. The entire project took approximately two weeks to complete.
