Founded in October 1993 by Mark Mian, NEXTWERK began as a solo venture with Mark handling all programming, primarily using C++ and Visual Basic across OS/2, Unix, and Windows platforms. By 1996, as business flourished, Mark launched a backend company in Pakistan, hiring the first remote engineer, marking the start of global collaboration. Embracing the Internet era, NEXTWERK adapted and sustained growth despite economic challenges. Today, NEXTWERK INC in the US and NEXTBRIDGE PVT. LTD in Pakistan, both owned by Mark, operate seamlessly as one team comprising over 450 engineers in Pakistan and Dubai, serving clients across North and South America and Europe.
