Nextrope is a digital asset infrastructure studio focused on creating tokenization platforms, stablecoin payment systems, and DeFi protocols on EVM and XRPL. For six years (2019–2025), we have been delivering engineering services and support for Alior Bank's blockchain-based durable medium system on public Ethereum, which is one of the first enterprise blockchain implementations in Polish banking, as highlighted by Forbes. We have successfully transferred over $150 million in digital assets across tokenization, lending, and stablecoin transactions. Our key areas of expertise include regulated tokenization (ERC-3643, ERC-1400, MiCA compliance), stablecoin payment systems, DeFi lending and yield protocols, and XRPL development. Additionally, our team utilizes AI to enhance smart contract security, supported by a €700K+ EU R&D grant. Our work process includes Discovery → Architecture → Build → Launch → Support. **Client Overview:** Alior Bank SA is a universal bank and ranks as the 10th largest financial institution in Poland, employing over 6,000 staff and generating more than 700 million PLN in net income (2018). It is recognized for its innovative approach, rapidly adopting technological solutions, and, in collaboration with the leading regional insurance company, PZU, operates a tech accelerator for Fintech startups named RBL_Start. **Challenge:** Like all banks in Poland, Alior Bank is required to inform clients about any changes to banking terms and conditions, tariffs, and other documents in an immutable and permanent form, specifically through paper mail. This results in the bank sending out over a million paper letters each year. The bank sought a way to digitize this process while ensuring data integrity and adhering to environmentally friendly practices. **Key Requirements:** Quick delivery; service availability; cost-effectiveness and fast product deployment; system security. **Solution:** The Nextrope team developed and continues to manage an online service that publishes transactions processed by Alior Bank's Smart Contracts alongside the execution methods. About the Client: Lex Secure is a law firm that has been operating successfully in the international European market since 2008, catering to over 150,000 users. They offer legal advice through an online platform within a 24-hour timeframe. Challenge: Due to its effective processes and an increasing number of users and lawyers, Lex Secure sought a solution to expand into international markets within the European Union and streamline the acquisition of new users and lawyers. Solution: The Nextrope team created a platform for the distribution of LexCoin, a token used for paying for legal services provided by Lex Secure. The LexCoin token is intended to incentivize users to submit new legal inquiries and requests through the LexSecure platform. Nextrope is also developing a new legal advisory system that utilizes blockchain and artificial intelligence, providing quick and comprehensive legal advice tailored to individual needs across various European jurisdictions. Client Overview: PaybSwap is an ambitious startup based in London that aims to tackle various challenges in the DeFi sector. Its team consists of professionals with expertise in blockchain and DeFi initiatives. They are developing a Cross-chain AMM bridge that connects the Binance Smart Chain with the Ethereum network, along with issuing their own tokens. Challenge: Nextrope’s software development services combine a tailored solution with a bridge provided by Binance. The primary challenge is to overcome the constraints imposed by the Binance bridge. Nextrope must ensure smooth and reciprocal token conversions across the two blockchains: the Binance Smart Chain and the Ethereum network. The DeFi landscape is evolving rapidly, along with the technologies and business demands of the sector. For this reason, Nextrope has implemented an agile methodology to create a platform that can quickly adapt to the Client's business needs. Moreover, Nextrope’s research team has offered consulting and business analysis services.
