End-to-End IT Services for Healthcare Client

Trebol IT

Delivered comprehensive IT services through staff augmentation for Trebol IT, aiding a Chilean healthcare provider's digital transformation. Assembled a team of skilled technology experts, including a QA Automation Engineer who performed automated testing using Selenium, Appium, and JMeter. A Full Stack Developer contributed to the development of new features and enhancements with React, Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB. The DevOps Cloud Engineer established CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC), adhering to cloud architecture best practices utilizing AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. The Technical Lead supervised these initiatives to maintain quality and efficiency. The client operated their platforms on AWS, incorporating React, Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB, while employing tools like JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Grafana, and ELK for project management, code collaboration, and monitoring. Compliance with healthcare regulations was paramount. Over a span of 18 months, the team enhanced the AWS infrastructure, developed a new patient portal and scheduling system using React for an improved user experience, automated CI/CD processes with canary deployments, created an API testing framework using Postman/Newman, and upgraded cloud monitoring with DataDog. These efforts resulted in significant gains in stability, agility, and patient satisfaction for the healthcare provider, showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality resources to Chilean IT companies. The total expenditure amounted to $508,000.
