**UX Audit and Competitive Analysis** We performed a comparative review of the CONTACT money transfer service alongside two primary competitors, aiming to identify effective features, detect weaknesses, and formulate sensible recommendations for enhancing the service. **Findings:** 1. **Detailed Comparison** All three money transfer platforms share a similar sequence of user steps. In the final report, we provided a thorough step-by-step comparison, including conclusions and suggestions. 2. **Ideal Customer Journey Map (CJM)** We created an “ideal CJM” that integrates the strengths of all the examined money transfer services while streamlining the user experience as much as possible. This serves as the clearest representation of “how it should be” based on our research findings. 3. **Adoption of UX Practices** Altering a product through design methods also involves shifting the company's mindset. The project team is engaging in this transformation, and we are pleased to have contributed to it. **Client Feedback:** "We utilize the CJM as a clear and organized depiction of the user journey for our internal presentations. We have established a dedicated CJM training course where we demonstrate its implementation. It looks excellent, and we continue to utilize it. We have identified three critical issues for in-depth analysis, examining them from both interface and business process perspectives. Combining Two Mobile Applications

Digital City

"Digital City" has chosen to combine its mobile apps for home video surveillance and smart intercoms. Our task was to merge the features of one application into the other. The outcome includes 150 screens for a new interface with fresh user scenarios designed to improve user experience, enhance UI, lower support and development costs, create new marketing communication opportunities, and boost customer satisfaction. Analytics played a crucial role in the project; we broke down both applications into user scenarios, performed expert assessments, and conducted a series of interviews with product managers and technical support. The home screen of the mobile app now displays both cameras and intercoms, allowing users to select which ones to show. The address is visible on the screen during video calls, making it easy to identify incoming intercom calls, especially when one person has access to multiple intercoms. We merged the live stream and archive features into a single interface, introduced a restricted access scenario for tenants, and enabled users to open the intercom and view camera footage through widgets without needing to launch the app. The notification system has been completely revamped. Client feedback highlighted our longstanding collaboration: "We have worked together for 6-7 years on various projects, and the outcome has always been excellent. The foundation of this success is analytics and a deep understanding of the target audience. This sets Sobaka Pavlova apart from most design studios that often prioritize their aesthetic vision, sometimes at the expense of user needs. A key indicator of our successful partnership is the positive feedback from developers, who are usually critical of prototypes and designs, but not when it comes to Sobaka Pavlova,” said Stepan Antonov, Marketing Director of Digital City. Complete system overhaul with new features We undertook the entire range of UX and UI design tasks, collaborating closely with the developers. Our approach was iterative, as we regularly presented our findings for developer feedback and carefully prepared Figma handoffs for production.
