Our client, who specializes in designing and manufacturing laboratory automation equipment, needed a software platform that could manage, monitor, and support multiple devices while facilitating their interaction within complex, large-scale laboratory processes. To address these requirements, we created a suite of applications tailored to support various laboratory devices, along with a centralized system for managing the resources of the entire environment.
