Neuron collaborated with Listrak to tackle considerable design challenges that had built up over time as a result of its fast expansion and feature-rich offerings. Our partnership focused not only on revamping the current interface but also on developing a strong new tool to cater to various marketing requirements and facilitate easier multi-channel communication.

Vendr - SaaS Procurement Workflow Builder

Vendr

Vendr is a groundbreaking SaaS platform transforming the procurement sector, having facilitated over $1 billion in SaaS purchases for more than 500 enterprise clients globally. The primary objective of Vendr is to assist businesses in discovering, purchasing, and managing SaaS solutions at the optimal price and timing. In response to user feedback, Vendr collaborated with Neuron to create a product feature that enables customers to develop workflows to automate their internal requests for new SaaS applications. We designed a "human-in-the-loop" workflow builder for administrators to enhance and automate their organization's outdated, convoluted, or inefficient processes, thus establishing Vendr as the go-to solution for comprehensive SaaS management. This tool enables "builders" to visually create workflows that outline their procedures, assign tasks to appropriate stakeholders when needed, and seamlessly implement conditional logic to simplify the approval or rejection of software requests.
