It’s a lengthy and intriguing journey best summarized by the phrase "We evolved and adapted." Since our inception in NYC in 2006, we have created digital products and provided teams for clients worldwide, including Apple, Bank of America, startups, and international non-profit organizations, collaborating with people from over 17 countries. We are sincerely committed to meaningful causes in our home city of Cali, Colombia. In terms of talent, we have established a network that connects us with thousands of software engineers, designers, and data scientists in Colombia and across Latin America. We have also implemented a thorough evaluation process to identify the top 10% of talent. Our experienced teams of developers, UX/UI experts, and testers employ Agile methodologies to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality digital products. Regarding our products, we create engaging digital solutions from inception to completion, covering areas such as data science, video games, web applications, and more recently, Web 3.0 offerings. These projects enable our teams to experiment and innovate, applying these insights to our clients’ work. Community engagement is fundamental to our culture, and during the pandemic, we organized food distribution efforts that reached thousands of low-income residents in Cali; this initiative is ongoing.
