Most of its in-house channels feature specialized programming aimed at Urdu speakers both in Pakistan and abroad. **Initial Challenges**: At the onset, ARY Media Group faced streaming difficulties on YouTube and their website due to issues with network routes. They required an optimized bandwidth solution that prioritized upload speeds for content sharing. Additionally, they sought a connectivity provider offering high bandwidth, redundancy, failover capabilities, and dependable support after previous providers fell short. **Solutions Provided**: We delivered optimized bandwidth with backup from three different Points of Presence (PoPs). Given ARY's status as a major media entity, our network and feasibility team ensured the service quality was uncompromising; any connectivity downtime could have serious repercussions, as a Service Level Agreement (SLA) was established to guarantee maximum uptime. We installed a Mikrotik Routerboard to manage internal policies, fine-tuning their routes to ensure traffic was directed via the most efficient pathways. This resolved the streaming issues, allowing ARY to maintain smooth online streaming without lag. We also provided Managed Network Services, which included setting up internal wiring and access points for comprehensive coverage. Our team continuously monitored the network and informed the clients about any changes or fiber damage.
