We leveraged the capabilities of Bubble.io to create a sleek and responsive web and mobile application for our client, Trivvs, which is not only visually appealing but also highly functional. The Trivvs applications provide a smooth experience for users, allowing them to easily upload property details and manage their asset portfolios. At the core of the Trivvs app is a detailed overview dashboard that gives users a comprehensive view of all properties within their portfolio. What truly distinguishes this app is its financial presentation, which provides in-depth insights into the performance of each real estate asset by merging expenses with cash flow, enabling investors to make informed decisions. It offers a clear perspective on real estate investments, similar to tracking stock portfolios. Additionally, a standout feature of the Trivvs platform is its advisory dashboard, which delivers real estate investment advice based on carefully monitored data. This serves as a personalized guide for investors to optimize each asset in their portfolio for maximum returns. In summary, Trivvs is more than just an application; it is a powerful tool for managing real estate portfolios, designed to help investors monitor and improve their assets as straightforwardly as they would manage stock investments.

Lifalog

The Lifalog app originated from the client’s sincere effort to create a comforting space for those dealing with grief. Its purpose was to provide a refuge for people to honor and reminisce about their loved ones without the constant push to move on quickly. However, the original version encountered various challenges, requiring ongoing bug fixes and updates. Acknowledging the need for a new beginning, the Nerdheadz team set out to completely rebuild the app. Our objective was clear: to realign the Lifalog app with its original mission and spirit. The result of this effort is a sleek, responsive web application that reflects our dedication. At the heart of the app, we created an obituary builder in the form of an AI-driven interactive chat, seamlessly integrating AI through the Bubble API. The enhanced Lifalog experience also includes a manual obituary-building option, allowing users to create tributes that genuinely reflect their loved ones' essence. Additionally, a robust search function was implemented to help users easily locate individual "lifalogs," enabling them to find comfort in their treasured memories. Furthermore, the platform allows users to upload cherished memories of their loved ones in PNG and JPEG formats, complemented by thoughtful prompts for reflection to ensure that every tribute is meaningful. Throughout this project, we collaborated closely with the client, working together to develop a product that not only addresses their current needs but also has the potential for future expansion and revenue generation.

Design & Development For Cross-Border Staffing App

Borderless Jobs

We took on the task of revamping an intuitive web application that connects job seekers worldwide with employers in the UK. The app featured functionalities such as CV uploads, customizable search filters, and criteria-based selection for employers to find and notify ideal candidates for interviews. Employers could also save promising candidates in a 'favorites list' for future openings. When we assumed the project from Borderless Job, there was significant pressure to resolve app glitches before its public launch. Our process began with an in-depth system analysis to identify the underlying issues. We addressed various components of the app, including refining the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for international job seekers, enhancing the company list viewing dashboard, improving the CV creation tool, optimizing the job seeker-employer matching algorithm, and upgrading the criteria-based search system. Our work extended beyond mere troubleshooting; we meticulously identified and resolved bugs, improved app performance, enriched the user experience, added new features, and seamlessly integrated necessary elements. Through this systematic approach, we not only met but surpassed the urgent deadline, delivering a high-quality solution for the job seeker-employer matching sector via the Borderless Job web app.
