Improving the Performance of GPT-4 by 1900%

Unknown

Spren recognized the potential of generative AI to enhance user engagement by providing recommendations and answers to user inquiries. They planned to incorporate the GPT model into their chat system, which would merge user context with a specific knowledge base to deliver accurate responses and suggestions. For optimal accuracy and cost-effectiveness, they opted to utilize GPT-4 for complex, large-context requests and GPT-3.5 for simpler tasks, like extracting user context. All inputs—including user queries, context, and the knowledge base—were transformed into vectors (embeddings) stored in JSON files, while the knowledge base was maintained in a Pinecone vector database. This setup improved the solution's performance and allowed for a relevance scoring system, enhancing accuracy. The framework linking all these components (GPT, Pinecone database, search, etc.) was Langchain, which streamlined the architecture and facilitated quicker implementation. With these optimizations, they reduced the mobile app's bot response time from approximately 40 seconds to about 2 seconds, greatly enhancing usability for end users.

Outcome: Utilizing these predictive models to forecast customer buying tendencies enabled our client to achieve a 20% reduction in churn within just six months. Explore the success story and discover how we assisted them in addressing this issue through AI.

Redefining the nature of customer interactions

The client aimed to develop an innovative platform that would transform customer interactions into actionable insights, ultimately enhancing the operational efficiency of businesses. Recognizing the swift advancements in generative AI, the founders of Caju AI understood that a quick market launch was crucial for their product's success. Despite the project's complexity and heavy demands, we managed to complete all tasks and prepare the platform for launch in just eight months. According to the client, “The platform excels in providing customers with real-time actionable intelligence, representing a major step forward for us. The feedback from our users has been exceptionally positive; we frequently receive enthusiastic responses like 'WOW!' from them. This technology has been revolutionary, allowing our clients to operate as if they had a team of a thousand analysts, freeing them to concentrate on more strategic tasks." Technologies utilized in the project included: - GPT-3.5 - AWS - Nest JS - React - Python
