In 2021, we formed a strategic alliance with the Croatian private equity fund Prosperus Growth, becoming the flagship company in its IT portfolio. The following year, Neos integrated with SV Group, gaining recognition as an authorized IBM Business Partner Solution Provider for IBM System z, System p, storage hardware and software, z/OS software (IPLA), and IBM Passport Advantage software in Croatia. We also acquired Inovativni Trendovi, an IT firm specializing in scalable, mission-critical business software solutions built on Java/Spring/Kafka technologies. As of January 2023, all three entities operate under the Neos brand. This merger consolidates our offerings and aligns our services with the global platforms of Oracle and IBM. Neos plays a crucial role in the IT and cloud ecosystem, providing solutions and services that empower companies in the regional market and beyond to succeed in today's corporate environment. In 2020, we became a General Partner of the FinOps Foundation, advancing cloud financial management through best practices, education, and standards. Our partnerships extend to industry leaders such as Collibra, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Red Hat, Jetbrains, Cloudera, and VMware.
