Neighborhood Film Company, established in Philadelphia in 2011, is dedicated to transforming video production into an art form. While producing commercials, short films, documentaries, and more for global brands, their mission extends beyond storytelling; they skillfully train formerly incarcerated individuals for meaningful careers in the industry. This focus fosters a supportive, empathetic filmmaking community that embraces diverse voices. Guided by two core questions—identifying the soul of each story and selecting the ideal filmmaker—they seek the best storytellers globally rather than limiting choices. Collaborating with agencies and clients regardless of project size or budget, they blend creative passion with purpose, continuously striving for excellence and artistry through their apprenticeship-driven process.
