Interescape Institutional Website
Originally created on Magento by a different company, the website encountered many restrictions, especially in terms of backend management, which made content management less intuitive. The client voiced their dissatisfaction, labeling the platform as "complicated and non-intuitive." As a result, our company took on the project of rebuilding the site to enhance user-friendly content management while maintaining the original design. Challenges: The client struggled with Magento's intricate backend, which hindered content updates and basic maintenance. Moreover, the lack of intuitiveness added to usability issues, prompting a full redesign. Implemented Solutions: We chose to reconstruct the site using WordPress while keeping the original design intact. During the frontend development, we identified and corrected multiple errors from the previous version. We made significant backend improvements by integrating plugins and custom tools to simplify content management. The client reported a noticeable enhancement in backend usability, allowing for content updates without extensive training. This led to considerable time and resource savings, ultimately improving user satisfaction. We also employed digital marketing strategies such as SEO, media campaigns, and targeted email marketing to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Conclusion: The site’s transformation reflects our dedication to meeting client needs. By proactively addressing issues and providing user-centric solutions, we turned a problematic site into a valuable asset for the brand. This case study demonstrates the significant gains made in usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the client expressed their contentment and requested the development of a B2B store, highlighting the success of our efforts.
