Our first priority was to address the frustrating user experience on Veneziano's website. We developed strategies to minimize obstacles in the online purchasing journey, aiming to reduce customer drop-off and boost conversions by implementing user-friendly features and design improvements. To effectively drive customer acquisition, we focused on SEO as the key marketing channel to convert optimization efforts into revenue. Following the launch of Veneziano's revamped eCommerce experience, the website's conversion rate increased fourfold, and the custom subscription builder page steadily boosted monthly recurring revenue. Our strong reliance on analytics from before the website update informed our marketing strategies moving forward. Alongside SEO, we revamped our social media strategy to enhance awareness, while Google Ads supported sales efforts. The results? While collaborating with us and observing our capabilities, an existing client of two years, Your Business Angels, renewed their partnership with The Natives for a digital transformation. They aimed to move away from their previous focus on in-person accounting to develop a scalable digital solution under a new product and brand—Just Done. Just Done provides a straightforward bookkeeping and accounting solution for small businesses in Australia, eliminating the hassles of bank account reconciliations and uncertainty about claims. Users simply connect their bank accounts to receive monthly bookkeeping, BAS, and personal tax services for $79 per month. Following thorough research, user testing, and several iterations, The Natives successfully developed the product, complete with web applications and branding. We are currently preparing to launch it to the market, with 300 participants engaged in BETA testing. Initial feedback is encouraging, indicating that Just Done fills a gap in the current accounting offerings in the market.

Groove Train Franchise Network

We took charge of all elements of The Groove Train's brand and digital presence by implementing a plan to assess and prioritize our initiatives across their business, ultimately leading to the launch of their new website and upgraded customer loyalty program. We began by addressing quick wins to enhance messaging through social media, content, and email marketing, while also researching the habits, desires, and needs of Groove Club members to shape the revamped membership program. Concurrently, we improved point-of-sale materials, food and lifestyle photography, and creative assets across all platforms. The newly designed website enables local restaurants to better control their promotions, reduces the number of clicks needed to make a reservation, and allows customers to mark their favorite locations for quicker repeat bookings. The revamped loyalty system lets customers earn points every time they visit a restaurant rather than only during slower hours, and it provides personalized perks. We eliminated the inconvenient plastic loyalty cards in favor of digital cards that can be stored on Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and Stocard, which increases visibility and information on each customer while also lowering the costs of managing the loyalty program.
