After gaining experience with several rapidly expanding tech startups, I chose to establish a consultancy that offers services typically provided by a full-time CTO but in a more flexible, on-demand manner. This encompasses aiding companies in evaluating and managing candidates suited to their growth stage, offering mentorship, advisory services, system and product design, and any other tasks usually performed by an in-house CTO. I've been creating software products since I was a child and have spent much of my career building high-performing software engineering teams. While my main interest lies in startups and scale-ups, I can also assist larger organizations in fostering innovation among their teams.
