**Challenge:** Our objective was to create a mobile app for a new sensor designed specifically for swimmers. This sensor, which is strategically placed on the swimmer's back, transmits crucial data through exchange protocols, using an advanced combination of a gyroscope and accelerometer. The main challenge was to find a dependable method for transferring the sensor's data to a server for further analysis and processing by specialized algorithms. **Solution:** 1. **Cross-Platform Application Development:** We utilized React Native to build a cross-platform app that integrates smoothly with the sensor, ensuring compatibility across various mobile devices and broad access for users. 2. **Landing Page Development:** We designed a dedicated landing page (MySwimEdge) to market the application and offer users important information and support. 3. **Payment System Integration:** We integrated Stripe as the payment gateway, allowing for secure and efficient financial transactions for users purchasing the sensor and associated services. 4. **Algorithm Enhancement:** We performed an extensive refactoring of the algorithm code, improving its performance and reliability in processing the sensor data. **Result:** The project successfully resulted in the launch and integration of the application and landing page with the swimmer’s sensor. This effort met its initial goals and established a strong groundwork for future improvements and updates to the application and sensor technology.

Personal Fitness Coach Mobile App

Challenge: We were tasked with creating a fitness coaching app for a startup within a tight two-month deadline. The goal was to help the startup quickly attract fitness coaches and kick off closed beta testing. Solution: Project Scope Refinement & User Experience Enhancement: We worked closely with the client to adjust the project scope and improve the user experience, ensuring the final product effectively served the needs of both coaches and clients. React Native for App Development: To expedite development, we opted for React Native to create the mobile app, ensuring a smooth experience across various devices. Communication Service Integration: We incorporated existing chat and video call services to enable seamless communication between coaches and clients within the app. Result: The app was successfully launched on schedule, allowing fitness coaches to start working with their first clients and marking the beginning of the closed beta testing phase.
