### Case Study on Tempo Meditation and Breathing App
In this case study, I will outline the process I followed to design Tempo’s website from the ground up. I will discuss my methodology, design choices, and overall approach.
#### Overview
This project began a month ago when our client, a practicing pharmacist in the UK, approached us with his concept for a mindfulness and breathing app. We were eager to get involved in bringing this idea to life. His goal was to help users breathe more effectively, as he believes—and research supports—that our breathing patterns significantly impact both mental and physical health. Not only did he present the idea, but he also provided detailed sketches of his vision for the app's design.
