MTI Technology was founded in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in 2016 as a subsidiary of MTI Japan (listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange: 9438). With our extensive experience in product development, we have acquired significant skills in managing Digital Transformation (DX) projects. The company is rapidly expanding, currently employing around 200 staff in Vietnam after four years of operation, with two branches located in Da Nang (Development Branch) and Ho Chi Minh City (AI Lab). Our teams in Vietnam and Tokyo, including Engineers, Technical Architects, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches, provide support and consulting services to clients. We specialize in technical frontend and backend development, utilizing technologies such as .NET, Azure, Google Cloud, Java, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android, including Native, Xamarin, and Flutter). Our digital transformation expertise spans several industries, including fintech (banking and eKYC), finance, healthcare, entertainment, mobility as a service (MaaS), pharmacy, and more. We draw on our extensive knowledge to facilitate customers' digital transformation initiatives through agile methodologies. In applying Agile Development based on the KAIZEN philosophy, we ensure strong leadership from our Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches throughout every DX project. Our global mindset fosters a diverse workplace in Vietnam, where English serves as the primary language and many international staff members are employed. We prioritize security and support remote work through a secure network and VPN, allowing staff to continue working efficiently even during situations like COVID-19. Our ISMS Certification (ISO 27001) was obtained in September 2019. Additionally, our AI Lab comprises 30 data scientists and AI engineers focused on areas such as data analysis, prediction, machine learning, deep learning, optical character recognition (OCR), natural language processing (NLP), and algorithm development.
