Rescuing pets from the effects of war and cruelty

Zoopatrul is a community organization established at the onset of the full-scale invasion to rescue, evacuate, treat, and find homes for animals impacted by war and human cruelty. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of its volunteers, the organization has saved over 1,000 animals in Ukraine, conducting rescue operations in frontline areas, particularly in the Bakhmut region. Zoopatrul initiated the construction of the first European-style shelter in Ukraine, located in Irpen, from which it began its operations after the city's liberation. After 10 months of conflict and power outages, support from Ukrainians started to decline, prompting the organization to raise awareness of its efforts internationally. We joined the team in December 2022 and took on two objectives: during our tenure, we successfully generated 42 publications in international media, including prominent outlets like Daily Express and The Independent, reaching a combined audience of over 47 million. This initiative brought public attention and funding from international organizations to aid the organization's mission and the shelter's construction. Additionally, many rescued animals have found new homes and loving families in countries like France, Poland, and Austria.

We introduced PlayStation brand communications to the Ukrainian market and launched the new PS5 console. Until 2020, no game console brand had implemented local communication campaigns in Ukraine. Our genuine desire was for PlayStation to be the first brand to connect with Ukrainian audiences in their native language using a local PR agency. This goal aligned perfectly with PlayStation's ambition to become the first global brand in the gaming console sector represented in Ukraine. Thanks to our dedicated team, comprised of passionate gamers, we succeeded in generating over 730 publications in the Ukrainian media within a year. By maintaining consistent collaboration and communication with local media and bloggers, we facilitated more than 100 product reviews on a barter basis. Additionally, our campaign ‘Play Has No Limit’ received the Best Launch of 2021 award at the European Excellence Awards.
