Portfolio

Case/Project: SaveE

Ambev SaveE

Context: Savee - Electric Efficiency Self-Assessment System is a platform where the customer freely shares its energy management system with other businesses, which has led to a 13% decrease in energy consumption over the past eight years. Goals: The platform, developed by the customer, is intended to help companies that rely on electricity for their production or service delivery processes to lower energy use, thereby enhancing energy efficiency nationwide. Benefits: Encourage small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to adopt effective internal management practices regarding electricity; engage the value chains of Ambev and Schneider in efforts to reduce electricity usage; offer accessible knowledge and guidance for implementing management systems; track outcomes and recognize top-performing companies. Challenges: Providing a free online management system. The Saveh platform was created three years ago, and currently, 197 companies are utilizing it. It averages about 90 visits daily, and within the last 13 months, data updates from a company have shown a significant case—why not have a platform dedicated to energy savings? A major challenge for the project was ensuring that the Savee initiative achieved similar success to Saveh. Results: Ambev has achieved a 13% reduction in energy use over the past eight years; more than 500 best practices have been documented on the platform to assist companies in lowering energy consumption; 275 companies are registered on the platform; and 243 logins have been created in the last three months.

Case/Project: Startup accelerator

Startup accelerator

Context: Our client, with a long-standing heritage and high-quality products, has positioned themselves as a leader in innovation within their market segment. In 2018, they took a forward-looking approach by announcing sustainability goals for 2025, recognizing their responsibilities not just in operations but also towards the community and the environment. To promote unity for a better world, they launched a startup incentive program aimed at investing in companies with innovative solutions to current social and environmental challenges, which will assist our client in refining and reaching their objectives. Goals: At Mout's, we were tasked with enhancing the registration and proposal submission platform for startups. Our aim is to create a user-friendly platform that fosters effective communication between our client and the target audience, based on best practices in user experience. Benefits: - Improved communication with the public; - Clearly defined Call-to-Actions (for project registrations); - A straightforward, dependable, and efficient architecture. Challenges: The timeframe for project completion was tight; however, by utilizing an agile approach and holding daily meetings with the client, we successfully met all expectations on schedule, while also planning future enhancements for subsequent phases of the project. Results: - Launch of a modern interface; - Enhanced user experience with the platform.

Case/Project: Meet

Meet Ab-Inbev

Context: Our client is a company focused on monitoring and developing its internal talent. They have a highly advanced career program that facilitates talent exchange across different departments. Goals: The aim is to enhance and oversee the talents within the organization (through an internal social network), utilizing an application used by top management, including Leadership Chiefs, Zone Presidents, and VP of People. Benefits: The proposed solution seeks to create a straightforward yet robust process, supported by a tool that: - Increases awareness and encourages leaders to engage with employees; - Offers easy access to employee profiles and data; - Incorporates measurement tools to monitor interactions. Challenges: Our client is a trailblazer in this area, prioritizing talent monitoring with a rigorous career development process and a high turnover rate among departments. Results: - Immersion in a new organizational culture; - Standardized talent recognition; - Enhanced visibility for expedited promotions.
