For Mouse & Cheese, aligning with our partners’ values and vision is crucial. As a brand that thrives on conversation, we started our dialogue based on shared values, gaining insights into each other's concepts through extensive discussions before finalizing our collaboration. Developing a brand strategy to make a significant impact on the interiors market in Hyderabad posed a challenge; therefore, we aimed to comprehend users' needs, the market landscape, and the founder's aspirations to create a brand experience that empowers consumers to make informed decisions about the materials, aesthetics, and functionality of their homes. Together, we crafted the identity of FOID, from its name to the design of their flagship store, ensuring a cohesive design approach across all brand interactions, which we are now expanding into digital spaces.

Designing A Premium Bakery Experience

Bakelore

Last year, talented entrepreneur Rahul Appani reached out to Mouse & Cheese to collaborate on creating an affordable premium bakery experience aimed at the middle-income demographic. With the intention of establishing a premium bakery and cloud kitchen within every 15-kilometer radius, he recognized his unique skills, resources, investors, and vision. However, he sought a design studio that prioritized a human-centered approach to realize his concept, which led to the inception of “Bakelore.” Over the course of three months, we crafted a memorable and inclusive bakery experience for the people of Hyderabad, encompassing everything from choosing a name to developing a comprehensive identity. This included packaging, store experience design, visual identity, and the creation of a scalable design system.

Designing A Sustainable Mobility Electric LMV

After performing market research, analyzing competitors, and assessing potential users' needs, we concentrated our design strategy on three main aspects: efficiency, versatility, and durability. Efficiency: To maximize the CLMV's efficiency, we selected a reliable and powerful electric powertrain. This choice enables the vehicle to achieve a long-range while delivering the necessary torque for hauling and towing. Additionally, the CLMV incorporates aerodynamic features to minimize wind resistance and enhance overall efficiency. Versatility: We aimed to make the CLMV adaptable to a variety of uses, which led us to create a modular platform that can be easily modified for different applications. The cargo area can be customized to fit different types of loads, ranging from food and packages to tools and equipment. Durability: As the CLMV is intended for commercial use, ensuring its durability and reliability was crucial. The vehicle's body is constructed with lightweight, high-strength materials designed to endure the demands of everyday operations. Furthermore, the CLMV includes modern safety features like collision avoidance technology and driver assistance systems.
