Staff Research & Recruitment for Workforce

Eyrus

Eyrus faces significant challenges as an innovative start-up with a unique product, operating on a small scale while exploring new applications of IoT across various sectors to enhance worker efficiency and productivity. Despite having a talented team and high potential in product development, their limited budget led them to seek our assistance for two dedicated teams for their products. One team will focus on IoT improvements, specifically enhancing personal recognition systems and Bluetooth devices, using Raspberry Pi. The other team, consisting of .NET developers and engineers, will facilitate the migration of their .NET backend to .NET Core. Given the complexity of their platform with multiple inputs, the migration process is dynamic and intricate, requiring constant vigilance and anticipation of changes that could impact the cloud, databases, and products. The main challenge is to stay two steps ahead of potential issues, considering all risk factors to ensure a proactive and corrective response to any incidents that may arise.

Paypal Integration for Education Tool

Wisboo needed to incorporate a PayPal integration into their platform to enable customers to sell courses online and monitor their sales through dashboards. As their system operates as a multi-tenant platform, implementing this feature proved to be complex. Additionally, we had to consider the company's ongoing expansion and the future addition of new countries and payment methods. To address this, we handled both the front-end and back-end development of the PayPal integration process. The project commenced with initial discovery work, followed by a project roadmap that we presented to Wisboo. They chose and assessed the developers to work on the integration, after which we provided mockups for their review. Ultimately, we developed the sales module and addressed several technical challenges on the back end. The team consisted of two Ruby on Rails developers, a QA specialist, a front-end developer, and a project manager. The integration is currently functioning well, achieving a 95% adoption rate with their customers.
