Ad Test For Linguistic Preferences Across IT & FR

Pomelo+Co

**Industry**: Beauty **Services**: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Content Creation **Market**: France, Italy **Segment**: B2C Pomélo+Co, a brand recognized for its organic and vegan hair care products, needed to refresh its advertising content to keep users engaged. We created eye-catching, English-language advertisements with the theme "GET THE SUMMER LOOK," which were strategically implemented on Meta Ads. The purpose of the campaign was to explore cultural preferences in Italy and France, yielding valuable insights that assisted Pomélo+Co in improving its advertising techniques. The initiative saw significant engagement, particularly in Italy, and provided key learnings for future efforts. **Challenges**: - Avoiding ad fatigue while sustaining high engagement. - Assessing the impact of English-language ads across two different markets. - Ensuring return on investment while trying new creative strategies. **Strategies Used**: - Created vibrant, summer-themed ads based on the well-known “Get the London Look” concept. - Implemented Meta Ads in Italy and France with a carefully controlled budget. - Evaluated engagement, click-through rate (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to measure the effectiveness of English-language content. **Results**: - Achieved a positive ROAS and a 1.1% CTR, comparable to past campaigns in Italian. - In Italy, the campaign generated 155K impressions and 1,705 clicks. - In France, it resulted in 285.7K impressions and 1,000 clicks, with a 0.35% CTR and a ROAS below 1, indicating a stronger preference for localized content.

Ein guter Plan 35% YoY sales surge

Ein guter Plan

Industry: Retail, Mindfulness Calendars Services: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Pinterest Ads, Content Creation Market: Germany, Austria Segment: B2C Ein guter Plan, a German brand focused on mindfulness, aimed to sustain consistent sales throughout 2020, particularly during the slower months of the pandemic. To address this challenge, we implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, optimizing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Bing, and Pinterest. By improving creative content and broadening our reach on these platforms, we achieved a 35% year-over-year increase in global sales during the peak season and a remarkable 60% year-over-year growth in purchases driven by Facebook, surpassing industry standards. The challenges included seasonal fluctuations in demand, changing consumer habits regarding non-essential products, and managing cost-per-order (CPO) during slower periods. Our approach involved a shift from a lower-funnel sales and remarketing strategy to include campaigns aimed at creating awareness and generating interest. We utilized human-centric visuals and messaging that resonated with mindfulness during stressful times. For Google and Bing Ads, we focused on keyword targeting and Dynamic Search Ads. For Meta Ads, we targeted lookalike audiences and implemented advanced remarketing strategies. On Pinterest, we leveraged trend-driven visuals to engage users at the top of the funnel. The outcomes were impressive: a 35% year-over-year increase in global sales during the peak season, a 60% year-over-year rise in purchases from Facebook, outpacing Google Ads, a 31 percentage point improvement in webshop conversion rate (exceeding the 3% industry benchmark), and a 3 percentage point increase in the add-to-cart rate, enhancing purchase intent.

SunRoof Lifts Off-Season Leads by 35%

SunRoof

Industry: Renewable Energy Services: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Creation Market: Poland Segment: B2C In the second quarter of 2024, which is typically a slow season for the photovoltaic market in Poland, we aimed to increase lead generation for SunRoof without exceeding our media budget. Despite a decrease in search interest, heightened competition, and greater price sensitivity due to inflation, SunRoof managed to achieve a 35% growth in lead volume, along with better lead quality, resulting in impressive sales for that quarter. This achievement was fueled by a compelling narrative and engaging campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Challenges we faced included: - Increasing lead volume by 25% with the same media budget. - Seasonal decline in demand for photovoltaic products in Q2. - Increased competition leading to higher CPC rates. - Market stagnation and inflation raising price sensitivity. - Ensuring leads were high-quality and well-informed. Our strategies to address these challenges included: **Google Ads Approach:** - Utilized Search, Performance Max, Demand Generation, and YouTube campaigns. - Employed custom audiences for precise targeting. - Enhanced customer journey engagement. **Meta Ads Strategy:** - Implemented a multi-step funnel focused on awareness and conversions. - Used Conditional Instant Forms to filter out price-sensitive leads. - Engaged in remarketing to reconnect with previously interested prospects. **Dedicated Landing Page:** - Educated potential customers about solar roofs and affordable pricing options. **Results:** - Achieved a 35% increase in lead volume in Q2 compared to the previous quarter while keeping the media budget unchanged. - Experienced a 23% year-over-year growth in the number of leads generated. - Lowered the cost-per-lead compared to prior benchmarks. - Improved lead quality, which led to better conversion rates. - Set a new record for the quantity of SunRoof solar roofs sold in Poland.
