Moneo

We founded Moneo in 2018 as a team of engineers with over 15 years of experience in developing large-scale complex systems. Our mission was to infuse product-oriented thinking into engineering while creating a team that prioritizes clean code, scalable systems, and rapid delivery. Currently, our team consists of more than 30 senior developers, architects, and product engineers. We have successfully launched and scaled various platforms in fintech, logistics, insurance, e-commerce, SaaS, and entertainment sectors. Our expertise encompasses regulated industries, intricate integrations, new development projects, and modernizing legacy systems. In addition to client work, we also develop our own global B2B and B2C products. Engineering is central to our operations, and every team we assemble adheres to established practices such as thorough code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, organized planning, observability, and comprehensive documentation. We focus on creating systems that are stable, scalable, and user-friendly for both current and future teams. We actively engage with the developer community through open source initiatives, events, and ongoing education. We are committed to an open-source culture and sharing our knowledge, which is why some of Turkey's largest brands choose to collaborate with Moneo.
