Their website includes an e-commerce section where users can buy books, posters, digital products, and more. | The Challenge As an e-commerce retailer, the ALA relies on a fulfillment center to deliver products to customers. A fulfillment center is a third-party service that manages the entire order fulfillment process, including order picking, processing, packaging, and shipping. Upon discovering that their fulfillment center would be closing in a few months, the ALA recognized the need to act swiftly. | The Results Monarq’s extensive knowledge and proficiency in Drupal allowed them to step in quickly.
