RocketWelder is an AI-driven platform that enables your welders and welding engineers to program robots on their own, without needing a robotics background. Your team is already familiar with what constitutes a quality weld, and we provide them with the tools to impart that knowledge to robots. One welder can oversee five robots while maintaining the same level of quality. Two AIs operate in tandem: Vision AI monitors the welding process in real-time, accurately identifying weld pool geometry, seam edges, and gap width at 25 Hz with less than 150ms latency. Meanwhile, AI Agent assists welding engineers in formulating process rules using natural language and generates functional robot programs within minutes rather than weeks. RocketWelder tackles the primary challenge of welding automation: handling high-mix, low-volume production. Currently, 80% of welding is completed manually because the cost of reprogramming robots for short production runs is higher than manual welding.
