The Junior Economic Club is a completely student-run organization dedicated to the belief that, with appropriate guidance and support, high school students can tackle societal challenges. Our mission is to introduce motivated, aspiring students to the realities of the business world through a series of networking events, workshops, and community outreach programs that connect them with influential individuals capable of fostering positive change. I serve as the Chief Technology Officer of the Junior Economic Club. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What motivated your company to engage MobileCoderz Technologies Pvt Ltd, and what objectives did you set? We explored various options for Flutter app development firms that had experience collaborating with other economic clubs or related fields. We selected MobileCoderz Technologies due to their adaptability and alignment with our vision for the project direction and application use. **SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor, and what were the key factors? We received recommendations from one of our students, who is a successful entrepreneur. Additionally, we examined reviews and ratings of MobileCoderz on Clutch. The feedback from their previous clients was overwhelmingly positive, which we verified through direct conversations with them. This encouraging feedback was a crucial factor in our decision. Please outline the project's scope in detail, including steps, major deliverables, and the technologies utilized. We initially held discovery meetings with MobileCoderz to discuss the project vision and shared planning documents outlining our anticipated tool components. They assigned us a team consisting of a project manager, a programmer, and later a designer who created wireframes and a complete prototype. They also engaged an animator and facilitated communication between us to produce animated videos for our app. We conducted weekly Skype meetings to review progress and exchange feedback throughout the design process and following our user testing. How many team members from the vendor worked with you, and what were their roles? We collaborated directly with four MobileCoderz team members: a project director, two Flutter app programmers, and a UI designer. After project completion, we also worked with an IT specialist who assisted in transferring the app ownership. The project manager served as our main contact. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you share any measurable results from the project or general impressions of the deliverables? We are extremely satisfied with the appearance of our app. MobileCoderz exceeded our expectations, manifesting our vision in a way we could not have achieved on our own.
