Mobile App Development for Tier 1 Retail Bank

Unknown

Tier 1 Retail Bank recognized a chance to simplify its loan application process through a mobile solution. Mobile Mentor faced the challenge of achieving time savings, boosting accuracy, and enhancing accountability. The bank's goal was to respond to applicants in 90 seconds, significantly reducing the previous 2-3 day waiting period. To address this, Mobile Mentor incorporated an operational framework into the bank's decision engine, complete with thorough security assessments and penetration testing. As a result, the bank saw a 30% increase in time savings and enhancements in Service Level Agreements (SLA). Notably, 65% of applications received conditional approval within 90 seconds.

Waitemata District Health

Unknown

The Waitemata District Health Board employs a significant amount of mobile technology. The next step in their mobility strategy involves digitizing the "patient list," a manual paper process conducted by clinicians in the hospitals. To address this, Mobile Mentor created My Patient List, a mobile application that revolutionizes the ward rounding workflow. This app was built using technology from BlinkMobile and Amazon Web Services, integrating various data sources to provide doctors and nurses with a straightforward overview of each patient's condition.

Hancock Queensland Plantation

Unknown

The eDocketHQ app was created by Mobile Mentor in collaboration with Hancock Queensland Plantations (HQP) to modernize the old method of tracking, reporting, and invoicing wood deliveries from the forest to the sawmill. This app utilizes technology from BlinkMobile and Amazon Web Services. As a result, the app enhances the docketing process for drivers by automating data collection, which boosts the accuracy of invoices and greatly improves HQP's cash flow.
