Rebranding Access Mammoth for Growth
Access Mammoth – Adaptive Sports
Access Mammoth collaborated with Miley Studios to transform its brand and digital presence to better serve participants, volunteers, donors, and the larger adaptive sports community. Previously, the organization faced challenges due to a disjointed identity, outdated systems, and a website that was not user-friendly. To address this, a cohesive and scalable foundation was needed to facilitate future growth and enhance accessibility for all users. Miley Studios managed the complete rebranding process, which encompassed developing a naming strategy, brand platform, messaging, visual identity, ADA-compliant website design and implementation, branded content, and integrated digital systems. The core message of the brand platform was “Access-ability for every-body,” framing accessibility as both a practical commitment and a shared value, thereby uniting internal teams, volunteers, and outreach efforts under a common vision. The newly designed website prioritized accessibility, usability, and performance, featuring straightforward navigation, simplified user pathways, and ADA-compliant design principles to enhance the experience for users regardless of device or ability. Additionally, to boost operational efficiency, Miley Studios collaborated with Salesforce to create a custom volunteer portal that simplified processes like onboarding, event registration, volunteer management, and communication. As a result, the organization's presence became more cohesive and scalable with tangible outcomes; website traffic rose by 68%, organic search traffic increased by 85%, time spent on the site improved by 47%, and volunteer registrations grew by 42%. Beyond just visual changes, the project established a stronger digital and organizational framework to foster long-term community growth and participation.
