We originated from a vision to enhance operations using technology, not only by creating solutions that simplify our clients' lives but also through active community involvement. Driven by a desire to give back, we've established community service goals focused on supporting orphans, educating the underprivileged, and planting trees. For every 100 hours of coding we complete for our clients, we plant a tree as a commitment to environmental sustainability and combating climate change. Our diverse workforce fosters creativity, with a team that includes individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, nearly half of whom are women. Our internal structure allows us to collaborate comfortably with distributed teams. With transparent and adaptable business processes, we seamlessly integrate into our clients' workflows. Once a development task is accepted, we break it down into smaller features with time estimates and assign team members using agreed-upon project management tools like JIRA and Trello, allowing for progress tracking on an hourly or daily basis. We hold bi-weekly meetings to ensure that product development aligns with client expectations, minimizing any surprises on delivery day.
